All Eco Energy is proud to offer SolarEdge solar PV optimsers technology to its customers. The system offers an intelligent solution to harvesting power from solar panels and inverters that uses computer control to maximise the power generated by each module that conversely lowers the cost of energy produced by each system.
The company began offering the system in 2010. Since then they has shipped optimisation systems that are capable of producing approximately 1.3 gigawatts of power. The products have now been installed in more than 70 nations with around 5.6 million of the optimiser units now shipped.
The company is publicly traded and is listed on the New York based NASDAQ stock exchange. It now has offices in the USA, Europe, Japan and Australia. This allows it to operate a ‘follow the sun’ system of technical support ensuring customers are supported at all times.
The heart of a good system is of course the solar panels themselves, however, inverters and optimisers are an often overlooked area that can really make a difference to the total yield produced from your rooftop panels. By recognising system conditions and optimising the performance to overcome these temporary issues, it is possible to produce more power from the same number of panels, thus cutting the power bills of the end user even further.
The SolarEdge solar PV optimisers system manages modules at the nearest available panel, allowing it to extract higher yields by bypassing cells that are partly in shadow or otherwise not functioning at their optimum production capability. This is achieved whilst PV module while maintaining a competitive system cost by keeping the alternating current inversion and grid interaction centralized using a simplified DC-AC inverter. The SolarEdge solar PV inverter system allows installers, and system owners to enjoy maximum power production through module-level MPPT, optimal roof utilisation and enhanced maintenance troubleshooting through module-level monitoring.
The system also offers a guaranteed automatic DC shutdown for installers, maintenance personnel and firefighters through the unique SafeDC mechanism.
